Who am I?

I’m Christian. A guy who values peace, real connection, and helping people come back to who they are. I grew up near the ocean, surfing constantly, and still feel most grounded outdoors. Whether it’s swimming, hiking, or just breathing in fresh air, I enjoy it all. I’m usually watching stand-up comedy, vibing to good music, or spending time with my wife and kids. But more than anything, I know what it’s like to carry silent pressure, feel overwhelmed by expectations, and lose yourself trying to hold it all together. I became a therapist to help others find the peace and clarity I’ve had to work hard to build. I don’t believe in quick fixes, but I do believe in honest work, a place where you can finally breathe and be yourself, and lasting change. I’m here to help you reconnect to your voice, set boundaries that reflect your worth, and live more fully from the inside out.

Mission:

To create a restorative and restful place that people can find their lasting peace to conquer life’s challenges.

Vision:

I want people to experience peace within themselves, even in hard times. I want them to feel secure in who they are, connected in loving relationships, and free to pursue what matters most.

Values:

  • Compassion – I meet people with empathy, patience, and care; especially when they feel most vulnerable.

  • Connection Over Correction – I believe real change happens in safe relationships, not through judgment or pressure.

  • Growth – I value progress over perfection and support clients in growing at their own pace.

  • Integrity – I strive to be consistent, reliable, and grounded in what I say and do.

  • Honesty – I offer direct, kind feedback and invite clients to show up as their true selves.

Goals For My Clients:

  • I want every client to feel more at home with themselves.

  • I want them to know who they are and what matters most to them.

  • I want them to build a strong sense of identity and direction.

  • I want clients to have the tools to face both the pain and the beauty of life.

  • I want them to enjoy deeper relationships by having the courage to be seen and truly known by others in a generative way.

  • I want every person I work with to feel confident asking for what they need and want.

Goals To My Clients:

  • To be present (mentally and emotionally), honest and consistent

  • To listen with the purpose of understanding

  • To challenge gently

  • To accept who you are now and help you work toward who you want to become

  • To walk with you

  • To hold hope for you even when you may not have hope for yourself

My Commitments To My Clients:

  • I will help you grow the best parts of yourself

  • We will work together to figure out what the best parts of yourself are and how to get there

  • I won’t pretend to have all the answers

  • Most of the time, I will listen to understand. When I speak, it will mostly be to ask questions that help you understand yourself

  • A small part of my responsibility is psycho-education; however, the goal is always to help you find your own way

  • I am not here to tell you what to do, I am here to be with you as you work on yourself

Some of My Clinical Beliefs:

  • My clinical and ethical responsibility is to have you as a client the least amount of times possible; it is to help you get to a place where you don’t need me.

  • Addiction is not a disease. It is a response to pain, a wound. Therefore, full healing is possible.

  • ADHD is a defense mechanism to help someone cope with the uncomfortable parts of their life that they do not know what to do with yet, a dissociation process.

  • All mental health issues derive from avoiding pain.

  • “Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.” -Haruki Murakami

  • Emotions are fleeting.

  • Peace and contentment come from letting go of control and learning to ride the wave of emotion that life brings knowing that you have the strength to make it through.
